10/24/2025 “Messy Dress” Night
In life, we’re all a little messy-sometimes inside, sometimes outside. We may even try to cover up or pretend to be someone we’re not, hoping to be accepted or recognized. But God sees beyond appearances. He looks at our hearts and loves us just as we are. As it says in 1 Samuel 16:7 “The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.“
Suggestion:
- mismatched socks,
- inside-out Awana uniform,
- backward pants,
- crazy hairstyle.
Not Allowed:
- costumes
- inappropriate attire
10/10/2025 “Arky Arky” Night
What a Splash of “Arky Arky” Night! The kids filled the room with creativity and excitement about their favorite animals. Each shared treasure reminded us of Noah’s ark – “God is faithful and always keeps His promises.”

9/19/2025 “Get to Know You” Night
Next week is our first theme night of the year. It is “Get to Know You” night. Bring an item that tells us something special about you or something that reflects your story. Here are some suggestions:
- A favorite toy or book
- A photo or award
- Something related to a hobby or interest
- A Bible verse that’s meaningful to them
Items to avoid:
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Anything messy, fragile, or breakable
Everyone who brings an item will receive a Awana share as a fun reward!
